Blogging. Yeah. Probably not going to happen. I'm happy if you pop in for a short story every quarter, so I'm not gonna waste your time ;-D Meanwhile, thanks for stopping by! Get outside now and then. Enjoy the flowers. Be happy. Be safe. Be kind. Peace.

Zucchini! I probably like it more than most people. Especially at Ruby Tuesday's where it's grilled and smothered in beef fat, LOL.
Here's the link to our latest anthology. http://www.amazon.com/Somewhere-South-Sane-stories-poems-ebook/dp/B015EFAABE/ Lets face it. I have to hide some veggies in my own food if I'm ever going to eat them!
Pumpkin, for instance, is "so good-for-you, you should eat it every day". Not so with pie dough & sugar! But: Add 1/5 can of pumpkin (about 3 oz.) to one standard sized jar of spaghetti sauce. Or add pumpkin to your homemade recipe. It will thicken the sauce and take away that acidity that many people add sugar to counteract. Happy Halloween! |
